Legacy
What is legacy and does it have any place in the creation of ideas? Legacy is defined as something transmitted by or received from an ancestor or predecessor or from the past, but does legacy mean more to us in terms of the long-term impact of ideas? Our 4th annual TEDxFarmingdale event will showcase the concept of legacy and its meaning in the grand scheme of creating ideas and innovating.
What happens at a TEDx event?
TED Talks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx.
Ideas worth spreading
The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized. (Subject to certain rules and regulations.)
