I have been in Real Estate since 1998. I started as a real estate agent and have built over 100 single-family homes and done over 120 of flip homes along with over 375 wholesale deals in my market. Realizing most of what I was doing was very transactional I began building long term wealth through investing in buy and hold real estate. I am a very resourceful visionary person who has an acute skill in building teams fand being able to communicate my vision to others. I am relentless in achieving short term and long-term goals. I am a very resourceful person; I figure things out get things done while working through the abilities of others so I can continue to focus on the big picture. I also have no problem in jumping in if absolutely needed to hit our goals and stay on track.
